Meet Whitney
Whitney is a NASM-certified personal trainer and coach driven to assist people in changing their lives from an empowered and purpose-driven place. This work is a journey she has personally been on for over 15 years. Once 70 lbs heavier with little self-esteem, she spent years yo-yo dieting and trying every fad workout in the book.
Now, 15 years and many avoidable mistakes later, she works with people to shift their mindset and, ultimately, the trajectory of their lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset work.
